Limited Use of Google User Data

We use information received from Google APIs solely to provide and improve our memory platform. Core functionality includes enabling AI assistants to read, create, and update user's Google Workspace data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets) through conversational commands via Model Context Protocol (MCP) or adding user's Google Workspace data ((Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets) in the memory graph for recalling the context back.

In compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, we do not:

• Use or transfer Google user data for serving ads

• Sell or share Google user data with third parties

• Use Google user data to build or improve machine learning or AI models

• Transfer Google user data for any purpose other than providing our platform's core functionality

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third parties, except as strictly necessary for providing our platform's core functionality. This means:

• We do not sell your Google user data

• We do not share your Google user data with advertisers

• We do not transfer your Google user data to any external services except as necessary for the direct operation of our platform

• We do not use your Google user data for any purposes beyond providing and improving our platform's core functionality

No AI/ML Training

We explicitly do not use any Google user data for:

• Developing, training, or improving artificial intelligence or machine learning models

• Creating or enhancing any generalized AI capabilities

• Any form of data mining or analysis beyond what is necessary for platform functionality

Data Processing

User Content and Data

We store and process user data as part of our core service functionality. This includes data uploaded directly by users and data accessed from connected third-party services with proper authorization.

Third-Party Service Integration

Users may authorize connections to external services such as Linear, Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar and other productivity platforms. Such integrations require:

• Explicit user consent for each service connection

• Developer authorization where applicable

• Adherence to the connected service's terms and data handling requirements

Third-Party AI Processing

When users elect to utilize artificial intelligence features, content may be processed by third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini. Such processing occurs solely at user direction and for the purpose of delivering requested functionality.

Data Retention and Deletion

General Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services you've requested and to comply with legal obligations.

Google Data

Data obtained from Google APIs is retained as long as the user maintains an active integration with the respective Google service. Users may disconnect Google services at any time, which will stop further data synchronization.

User-Requested Deletion

You may delete your account directly from the platform dashboard settings or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting manik@poozle.dev. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.

Data Protection and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest

• Regular security assessments and updates

• Access controls and authentication mechanisms

• Monitoring and logging of system activities

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users maintain control over their data and may delete content through service interfaces. Data from connected third-party services is retained according to user preferences and service requirements. Users may disconnect third-party services at any time, which may affect data synchronization but will not immediately delete previously synchronized data unless explicitly requested. Users may request complete account and data deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements and technical processing timeframes.

Subject to applicable law, users may:
